Synthesis of the Energy-Saving Dry Dual Clutch Control Mechanism

A promising direction in developing up-to-date transport vehicles is the use of transmissions, an essential element which a dual-clutch. Improving functional performance, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness are relevant require appropriate research. The object study dry dual-clutch working with manual transmission high efficiency. In proposed design scheme, rotary lever movable carriage can change structural diagram force interaction between pressure spring clutch discs. developed mathematical model clutches control mechanism allowed for analyzing process controlling transmissions (DCT) obtaining dependencies pushing forces friction pairs position. As result, method synthesizing DCT was to ensure given torque. Furthermore, it determined numerically proven that same radial movement when switching-on does not guarantee equal loading frictional discs each clutch. This fact increases uneven dynamics torque disc wear. Overall, synthesis energy-saving providing margin developed. be generalized applied designing machines various purposes.
